lt999 Responsible Gaming —
Stay in the Fun, Stay in Control
lt999 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress. Play safely and mindfully using our responsible gaming tools and guidelines.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — but it stays healthy only when you play mindfully and within your limits.
Responsible gaming means playing with full control over your time and money. At lt999, we want every player to enjoy gaming with fun and awareness. Our platform offers various protection tools that help you set limits and take breaks.
If gaming starts to have a negative impact on your daily life, family, or finances, it is important to seek support right away. lt999 is always here for you.
Important Reminder
Gaming is not a reliable source of income. Every game can result in a win or a loss — and the chances of losing are generally higher.
Only game with money you can afford to lose without it causing serious problems in your life.
Our Responsible Gaming Tools
lt999 provides several effective protection tools to keep you safe. Use them and take control of your own gaming experience.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a waiting period.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, use self-exclusion. You can close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. This is the highest level of protection available.
Betting Limit
Set a cap on how much you can wager in a single session. This will prevent you from placing large bets on impulse and keep gaming within the bounds of entertainment.
Session Time Limit
Set a daily time limit for how long you play. When the time is up, lt999 will send you an alert. This keeps you consciously in control of your gaming time.
24/7 Support
For any concerns or issues related to gaming, contact our Bengali-language live chat support team. Our trained team is available around the clock for you.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
When gaming becomes a source of problems rather than enjoyment, it is important to recognise it. If the signs below apply to you, it is time to seek help.
Remember — asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it takes courage. lt999 always places your wellbeing above gaming.
Gaming repeatedly to try to recover lost money — being unable to accept a loss and placing ever-larger bets is one of the main signs of problematic gaming.
Betting beyond your means — spending money needed for rent, food, or your family on gaming is a serious warning sign.
Hiding your gaming from family and friends — concealing your gaming habits from your family indicates inner conflict.
Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming — being unable to enjoy anything outside of gaming is a cause for concern.
Gaming for far longer than planned — telling yourself "just a little more" and losing hours in the process.
Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities — prioritising gaming at the expense of other important areas of life.

Tips for Healthy Gaming
Follow a few simple habits to game responsibly:
- Set a budget before you start gaming and stick to it strictly.
- Play for entertainment — not to earn money. Accept that losses are a normal part of gaming.
- Avoid gaming when you have been drinking or are feeling emotionally low.
- Take regular breaks — at least 15 minutes after every 45 to 60 minutes of play.
- Spend time on other hobbies and activities outside gaming — family, friends, sports.
- Do not chase lost money — take a break and think the situation through.
- If something feels wrong, contact lt999 support right away.
